In 1996, Forest River founder Peter Liegl had a vision. He foresaw an RV company dedicated to helping people experience the joy of the outdoors by building better recreational vehicles. Today, we have grown to become one of the largest RV manufacturers in North America, producing class A and C motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, camping trailers and destination trailers. At Forest River, we have a passion for the great outdoors and want to enable our owners to experience all the beauty that Mother Nature has to offer. Plus, with manufacturing facilities throughout the Midwest and west coast, we are able to fill your orders promptly without cutting corners or rushing through the production procedures. This ensures that each Forest River product is conscientiously built and undergoes thorough, detailed inspection before being shipped.

A HIGHER STANDARD OF MANUFACTURING

At Forest River we understand that the quality and dependability of our products is of the utmost importance. That is why random units from each of our brands are subjected to rigorous testing at our 20,000 square foot pre-delivery inspection (PDI) building on top of the inspections that all units undergo as they are being built. Units selected to go through PDI are checked for issues in electrical, plumbing, LP system, function, cosmetic, codes and standards, rain bay, and other miscellaneous tests. This process provides our plants daily feedback to ensure every unit being built meets the high quality standards.

A STRONG OWNER'S GROUP TO ENHANCE THE EXPERIENCE

Part of the RV experience is being among other RVers who hold the same passions that you do. In 2011 the Forest River Owners’ Group (FROG) was formed, and it quickly has grown to over 170,000 members. These members attend rallies and tours throughout North America sharing memories and stories that will last a lifetime. Membership is FREE, and all it takes to become a member is to become a Forest River RV owner and submit a form on the FROG website.
